Focused on great food and service, the menu features shareable appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and signature entrées. The full-service bar is complete with craft beer and popular cocktails. The restaurant itself has 20-foot high exposed ceilings, 15-foot windows that offer great views and a number of large screen TVs.
The Launch Bar & Grill is open for dine-in and takeout service.

Our Story
Six Decades on Lake Mille Lacs

Eddy’s Resort was founded in 1960 by Edward “Eddy” Silker, an entrepreneur who grew up on Mille Lacs Lake. From making and selling fishing sinkers as a child to building the lake’s largest fleet of fishing vessels, Eddy’s passion and ingenuity shaped the resort’s early years. In 2002, Eddy’s Resort was acquired by Mille Lacs Corporate Ventures (MLCV), which embraced its legacy while envisioning a renewed destination for the community. Construction on the new resort began in 2014, creating a modern property that honors Eddy’s spirit, supports local tourism and employment, and celebrates the beauty of Mille Lacs Lake.
